In the event world, evenings and weekends fill up FAST. We recommend submitting an inquiry form as soon as you have your event date and initial details so we can add you to our calendar. Once we've discussed your design and you've received a quote, be sure to pay your 50% deposit to secure your event date. We typically prefer at least 21 days notice to ensure we have all the colors and materials to achieve your desired look.

• Transportation & Coordination: Getting decor to your event safely and on time is crucial. We handle the logistics of transportation, ensuring that everything arrives in perfect condition and ready for setup.
• Professional Setup & Teardown: Our experienced team handles the installation of your balloon decor with precision, ensuring everything looks flawless at your venue. After the event, we often provide teardown services as well, so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
